Day 1 – Marrakech – Imlil – Tawdja Summit 08:00 – Pick-up from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. 09:30 – Arrival in Imlil, meeting with your local mountain guide and preparation for the trek. 10:00 – Begin trekking through beautiful mountain landscapes, traditional Berber paths and thuya forests. 12:00 – Reach Tizi n'Tamatert Pass and enjoy panoramic views of the Imlil and Imnane valleys. 13:00 – Continue ascending along the mountain ridges towards Tawdja Summit (2,724 m). 14:00 – Reach the summit and enjoy spectacular 360-degree views of the High Atlas Mountains and Mount Toubkal massif. 14:30 – Picnic lunch surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery. 15:00 – Begin the descent towards Tizi n'Tamatert. 17:00 – Return to Imlil and check into a traditional Berber guesthouse. 19:00 – Traditional Moroccan dinner and overnight stay in Imlil. Under Moroccan mountain safety regulations, trekking past designated trailheads (such as Aroumd and Sidi Chamarouch) requires an accredited guide. All our expeditions are personally guided or supervised by certified mountain guides registered with the Royal Moroccan Mountaineering Federation.
