Booking Terms & Conditions

Once we have created a trip that suits you we will send you a confirmation of your booking and an invoice. We require a deposit of 40% of the trek cost per person to be paid to the company to secure your reservation at the time of confirmation.

The deposit is paid securely online through WeTravel.

The remaining balance can be paid by bank transfer or online no later than one week before the activity, or in cash on arrival at our basecamp office.

Once the completed booking form and deposit have been received, an invoice will be sent along with a receipt for the amount already paid.

The balance of the payment (the remaining 60%) is due one week before the activity, payable by bank transfer or online, or it can be paid in cash on arrival.

Atlas Mountain Range may cancel or modify an activity due to adverse weather conditions, safety reasons or other unforeseen circumstances. The final decision regarding safety and suitability of conditions rests with Atlas Mountain Range.

• If an activity is cancelled, we will first try to reschedule it.
• If rescheduling is not possible or not accepted, a 50% refund will be issued.
• If the activity cannot take place due to ongoing adverse weather, a 50% refund applies unless otherwise stated.
• If Atlas Mountain Range is unable to provide the activity for any other reason, a full refund will be issued.

There can be reasons why someone may have to cancel their tour, and therefore cancellations may be made at any time. If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The date of cancellation will be the date on which notice is received at our offices. The person who made the booking must also initiate the cancellation.

Cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:

If, after your confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way — for example your chosen departure date or accommodation — we will do our utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible.

You are wholly responsible for arranging your own insurance with adequate protection for the full duration of the holiday in respect of, at least: medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation and curtailment, baggage and money loss, and liability cover. You should ensure that there are no exclusion clauses limiting protection for the type of activities included in your tour.

We always try to provide an accurate and honest description of what we can offer on our website. However, if you find anything lacking or inaccurate, please let us know so that we can correct it as soon as possible.

We appreciate any comments regarding our services, as we consider feedback from clients as part of our quality control mechanism and use it to continuously improve what we offer.

We organise our tours with the utmost care and attention and choose our partners very carefully based on personal experience. As a result, we rarely receive complaints, but on the rare occasion that we do, we follow the procedure below.

Please note that we always give our partners the opportunity to respond, so it may take us a little longer — but no longer than 15 days — to reply to your email.

We accept no liability for the failure of any airline, flight provider, accommodation provider, hotel owner or ground agent. In the event that we are found liable under any term of the contract, our liability shall be limited to a maximum of the price of your holiday (excluding flights).

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the organisation maintains standards and provides a service that is acceptable to our clients. The information within this website has been compiled with all reasonable care and is correct to the best of the company's knowledge, and is published in good faith.
