Trek Itinerary

DAY 1: Marrakech > Amizmiz > Tidli > Ait Irghit 09:00 AM — Depart Marrakech to Amizmiz. 10:00 AM — Tea in a local café, pack bags onto mules. 10:45 AM — Hike towards the valley of Tidli. 12:30 PM — Lunch at a local Berber home in Tidli. Afternoon climb past Amezi, Zaouit, and Tigoudar. 03:00 PM — Rest break at the forest ranger's house (maison forestière). 04:30 PM — Arrive at Ait Irghit village and our host family home. Afternoon tea and village walk. 06:30 PM — Join the family in the kitchen to observe and assist with dinner preparation. 08:30 PM — Generous family dinner followed by spiced mint tea and overnight stay. DAY 2: Ait Irghit > Sidi Hssaine > Amizmiz > Marrakech 08:30 AM — Hearty breakfast on the terrace. 09:30 AM — Hike through pine forests toward Tafgart and downhill to the historic shrine village of Sidi Hssaine. 12:30 PM — Traditional lunch at a family home in Sidi Hssaine. 02:00 PM — Continue through Tamazirt village to Amizmiz. 04:00 PM — Transfer back to Marrakech, arriving by 5:00 PM.

Under Moroccan mountain safety regulations, trekking past designated trailheads (such as Aroumd and Sidi Chamarouch) requires an accredited guide. All our expeditions are personally guided or supervised by certified mountain guides registered with the Royal Moroccan Mountaineering Federation.
